مقدمة

AmrKeefa (المطور) يحترم خصوصيتك ويلتزم بحمايتها. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك عند استخدام تطبيق يُسْر (Yusr).

البيانات التي نجمعها

• الموقع الجغرافي (دقيق أو تقريبي حسب الإذن الذي تمنحه): يُستخدم فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة لمنطقتك. يُحفظ على جهازك، ولا نملك خوادم تستقبله. تُحسب المواقيت على الجهاز غالباً؛ وعند الحاجة تُرسَل الإحداثيات إلى خدمة AlAdhan لحساب المواقيت فقط، دون أي بيانات تعريفية.
• بيانات التطبيق (محلية): حالة الوضوء، سجل الصلوات، الإعدادات، والإحصاءات — كلها تُحفظ على جهازك فقط باستخدام تخزين محلي آمن.
• تقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics): في حال حدوث خطأ، نجمع تلقائياً معلومات عن العطل (نوع الجهاز، نسخة نظام التشغيل، تتبع المشكلة) لتحسين التطبيق. لا تحتوي هذه التقارير على أي معلومات تعريفية شخصية.
• إحصاءات الاستخدام (Firebase Analytics): نجمع بيانات مجهولة الهوية (مثل الميزات المُستخدمة وعدد الجلسات) لفهم كيفية استخدام التطبيق وتحسين تجربتك.
• قياس الإعلانات (Meta SDK): نعلن عن التطبيق على فيسبوك وإنستغرام. عند فتح التطبيق، ترسل مكتبة Meta بيانات تقنية (مثل فتح التطبيق وتثبيته، نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، ومعرّفات تقنية) لمعرفة ما إذا كان التثبيت قد جاء من أحد إعلاناتنا. لا نفعّل جمع المعرّف الإعلاني (Advertising ID / IDFA)، ولا نستخدم هذه البيانات لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا نعرض أي إعلانات داخل التطبيق.
• الملاحظات والاقتراحات (اختياري): إذا أرسلت ملاحظة من داخل التطبيق، نستلم نص رسالتك ونسخة التطبيق ولغته، وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط إذا اخترت كتابته للرد عليك. تُحفظ في جدول بيانات خاص بنا على Google ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.

ما لا نجمعه أبداً

• لا نطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
• لا نجمع اسمك، ولا بريدك الإلكتروني إلا إذا كتبته بنفسك في نموذج الملاحظات.
• لا نبيع بياناتك. نشارك فقط البيانات التقنية المذكورة أعلاه مع Google (Firebase) وMeta لقياس الأداء والإعلانات.
• لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.

الإشعارات

يرسل التطبيق إشعارات لتذكيرك بمواقيت الصلاة إذا منحته الإذن. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

يستخدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية، لكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها:

• Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics)
• Meta (Facebook SDK) – لقياس الإعلانات
• AlAdhan API – لحساب مواقيت الصلاة

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنبلغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر تحديث التطبيق أو إشعار داخله. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقةً على السياسة المحدّثة.

Overview

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how Yusr handles your data.

Data We Collect

• Location (precise or approximate, depending on the permission you grant): Used only to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction for your area. It is stored on your device, and we have no servers that receive it. Prayer times are usually calculated on the device; when needed, your coordinates are sent to the AlAdhan prayer-time service solely to calculate them, without any identifying information.
• App Data (local): Purity state, prayer log, settings, and statistics are stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage.
• Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics): If the app crashes, we automatically receive technical details (device type, OS version, stack trace) to help us fix bugs. Crash reports contain no personally identifiable information.
• Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics): We collect anonymous usage data (e.g. features used, session count) to understand how the app is used and improve your experience.
• Ad Measurement (Meta SDK): We advertise the app on Facebook and Instagram. When you open the app, Meta's SDK sends technical data (such as app install and open events, device model and OS version, and technical identifiers) so we can tell whether an install came from one of our ads. Advertising ID (Advertising ID / IDFA) collection is turned off, we do not use this data to track you across other apps or websites, and the app shows no ads.
• Feedback (optional): If you send feedback from inside the app, we receive your message, the app version and language, and your email address only if you choose to enter it so we can reply. It is stored in our private Google Sheet and used for nothing else.

What We Never Collect

• We do not require an account or login.
• We do not collect your name, or your email unless you type it into the feedback form yourself.
• We do not sell your data. We only share the technical data described above with Google (Firebase) and Meta for performance and ad measurement.
• We do not track your location in the background.

Notifications

The app sends notifications to remind you of prayer times if you grant permission. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics)
• Meta (Facebook SDK) – Ad measurement
• AlAdhan API – Prayer time calculations

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via an app update or in-app notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
